IBD and COVID-19: Hold Certain Meds, AGA Advises

Patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) who develop COVID-19 should stop taking thiopurines, methotrexate, tofacitinib, and biological therapies during the viral illness, according to the AGA.
